  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items (such as earrings) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sale or special offers
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the product
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect)

We offer exchanges only for:

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
